Sunday on Reforma with no cars

On Sundays, Mexico City’s usually chaotic Paseo de Reforma is closed to automobiles and opened to bicycles, skaters, and pedestrians. It’s a transformation that makes for a completely different Mexico City experience.

Usually clogged with cars, trucks, and buses, the boulevard takes on a much more peaceful vibe when human-powered transportion takes over.

If you’re a bicyclist, a skater, or even a hiker, you should plan to make join everyone else who takes advantage of the change to get closer to the monuments along Reforma.
